Applied Outbreak Investigation

Developed by Colorado Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence (CoE), Applied Outbreak Investigation training is an intermediate level course designed to teach epidemiological skills during a foodborne outbreak investigation. This course is designed for state and local public health agency staff who may be involved in foodborne outbreak investigations.
